2. Counter-Notification to Restore Content

If you believe that the content you uploaded was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

2. A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled (such as a URL link).
3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live (or where filezein.com is located, if you live outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content in question unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent its restoration.

3. Repeat Infringers

filezein.com reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers. If a user repeatedly uploads or shares content that infringes on the copyrights of others, their account may be disabled, and they may lose access to our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Please note that filezein.com cannot act as an arbitrator in disputes between third parties. We process all DMCA notices in good faith and as required by law but are not responsible for determining the validity of any copyright claims.
